Due to the change from Fiscal year to Calendar year and a computer error, the Annual Notice of Assessment postcards sent out contained incorrect amounts for Property Taxes Billed for 2011. Please disregard those postcards and do not utilize those tax figures. Revised postcards will be sent out by 01/30/2012.

Hotline for Heating Complaints: 973-266-4000. Ext 14144
Orange provides a hotline for heating complaints 7 days a week. The City responds to the heat hotline and will take fast code enforcement action against landlords who fail to provide adequate heat and hot water.

2012 1st quarter property taxes are due February 1st and property owners have until February 10th to pay without interest.
