Perform Public Health Programs And Inspections Associated With: Environment, Public Health Sanitation, Maternal & Child Health, Communicable Disease Control & Vital Statistics Reporting
Issues Marriage Licenses, Birth Certificates, and Death Certificates
Conduct Social Service Programs For The Community’s Indigent Population or Those In Need of Emergency Assistance
Provide Recreation Programs For Persons Of All Ages, Interests & Abilities
Operate & Maintain Playgrounds, Pools, Centers & Other Facilities
Plans and Coordinates Year Round Cultural Events & Cable TV Programming

Vital Statistics Birth, Marriage/Civil Union, or Death Certificates
Birth, Marriage/Civil Union, or Death Certificates occurring in Orange are available for $10.00 (cash, money orders, or personal checks) each through the Health Office. (Vital Statistics Page)
Animal Control Policy
Any person owning a dog or cat must obtain a license annually for their pet, which is renewable each January. (Animal Control Page)

Environmental Services include the following areas:

OLDER ADULTS SERVICES
The Office of Older Adults Services provides Orange Senior Citizens with daily office assistance in addition to social activities throughout the year. These services include: medical referrals, transportation, exercise classes and assistance in completing forms and applications for locating affordable housing.
